Exceptional service and cleanliness stood out during the stay. The food, especially the hand-cut beef tartare, was well presented and delicious. noise from the front could be bothersome for those sensitive to sound, and the lack of on-site parking was a bit inconvenient. Despite these issues, the attentive staff made the experience enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay, where I could easily enjoy the picturesque Tyne Green Park, just over a 15-minute walk away, and the fascinating Hexham Old Gaol, only a few steps from the hotel, making it perfect for my weekend city excursions.
